VA Falls In First Game of 2019

The Wildcats opened 2019 with a home Lakes Region game vs. Holderness School. Segui ’21 earned the start in net for a 4:30 p.m. puck drop. The Bulls came out strong scoring four goals in the first period. VA regrouped and battled in the second and third, but was not able to overcome the deficit. Walsh ’22 scored late in the third to cut the Bulls lead to three off of a feed from Creamer ’21 and Powers ’22. VA will travel to Chelsea Piers in Stamford, Connecticut to face off against Greenwich Academy on Saturday, January 5th at 4:15 p.m.
