Head Coach Cody Staves remarks following their third loss in a row and a 0-3 start. "We continue to develop our system and are having some success on creating chances and have really shined on the special teams. We are aware of the growing pains that come along with a new program and the new direction the hockey program is taking with two new hires in the hockey system at VA. We are going to remain patient and continue to work on our defensive zone coverage in order to help our goalie more on the back-end of the things. I'm excited about the potential and the group of guys we have here at VA, I have no doubt if they continue to work together they will find success as a team."
