First game of the 2018-19 season!
The Boys Varsity Hockey Team opened up their 2018-2019 season at home against Brewster Academy.
Both teams came out with a lot of energy as both were very excited and filled with anticipation for opening night. After many great chances for both sides, the 1st period ended in a 0-0 tie, after senior Goaltender Dylan Regan shut the door against an aggressive Brewster offense. Despite senior #15 Nick Rashovksy creating many offensive chances the Wildcats would go down 0-2 after the second period of play with 2 goals coming within a minute of eachother for Brewster Academy. The game would finish in a 0-3 Win for Brewster as the Wildcats look for their first win of the season against Perennial Powerhouse KUA @ Phillips-Exter Showcase this weekend.
Vermont Academy is a coed college preparatory boarding and day school in southern Vermont, serving grades 9-12 plus a postgraduate year.
