VA x-c running team wnt to NMH school to take part in a large NMH Invitational race.
VA x-c running team wnt to NMH school to take part in a large NMH Invitational race. Competin against big and super powerful teams from all over New England our runners demoinstrated a progress in their times, compare with the first race at Holderness. Running against Loomis, Andover, NMH teams gave our runers valuable experience on pacing and effective race preparation.
At the end, Liam Fleming came in 8th place with his PR on 5 K cours: 18.06, Mufan Xi finished 36th with the time of 22.23 Mike Belliveau had a great run and finished 42nd with the time of 23.59 Chris Lehman came in 44th place with the time of 24.50 Ronan Khalsa 45th 27.05 Andrew Kalpakian 46th 27.26 and James Kim 47th 27.42
In the girls race Isabelle Tuggle was a lone VA runner and finished in 55th place out of over 80 racers.
