Although KUA would open up scoring in this game 0-3 the VA Wildcats would battle back to tie the game 3-3 in the third period after killing nearly 7 penalties including a 5 minute major attributed to senior captain #19 John Peloso which resulted in his ejection from the game and a loss of momentum for the team. Before taking the major penalty, #19 would net two goals to get the team rolling and put Kimbell Union on their heels. Senior goaltender #1 Dylan Regan played an outstanding game in this contest making nearly 70! saves! Go Dylan! The game would finish in a 3-5 Win for KUA late in the third period after two goals in front of the net. The Wildcats proved they are a force in this league, and will continue to work hard in search of their first win against Hebron on Sunday.
