Vermont Academy battled hard to earn a 0-0 tie against the Tilton School. Despite some heavy legs from their long game the night before, the Wildcats were organized and disciplined for the full 90 minutes. The VA back line and goal tending were superb on the day. Tyus Tummings and Kofi Asante provided needed support in the Wildcat midfield. Together, they broke up most of the Rams build up play. Dan Houder, Pat Lavin, Nathan Smith, and Houston Wilson were huge coming off the bench. Their energy inspired the rest of their teammates. The Wildcats look to carry this momentum into their next Lakes Region match at home on Wednesday, November 4th against Proctor Academy.
