Their time was only four seconds shy of a 2nd overall placement. Piloting the crew through the wind and the rain was Junior coxswain Zoee Blossom, ’19. Horsepower was provided by Nik Johnson, ’18, Patrick Starkey, ’19, Kyung Joon (Brian) Kim, ’18 and Will Svensson, ’18. The crew has the next two weekends off. They will be using these remaining weeks on the Connecticut to prepare for the ultra-competitive Head of the Fish Regatta in Saratoga, NY on October 29th. Here, they will square off against the best crews from New England, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Eastern Canada.
