Santosuosso pitches complete game to get win vs. Brewster
VA Wildcats won 12-1 against Brewster. VA scored seven runs in the seventh inning. John Peloso ‘19, Drew Naylor ‘20, Darwin Holcombe ‘20, Andrew Peloso ’21, and Anthony Santosuosso ‘19 all drove in runs in the frame. Santosuosso ‘19 earned the win for VA. He surrendered one run on three hits over seven innings, striking out six. VA saw the ball well today, racking up 12 hits in the game. Dylan Regan ‘19, Naylor, Jake Tuckner ‘19, and Peloso all collected multiple hits. Regan went 3-for-4 at the plate to lead VA. Tuckner led VA with two stolen bases, as they ran wild on the base paths with eight stolen bases.
