Win against KUA - we take it!
VA snagged a late lead and defeated KUA Wildcats 7-5 on Friday.
VA trailed 5-4 when John Peloso ‘19 knocked in the go ahead two runs, with a single in the fifth. Jake Tuckner ‘19 got the win, in a complete game, allowing five hits and five runs, while striking out seven. Wazan Hoshino ‘20 and Huxley Holcombe’22 each got three hits. Hoshino also got three stolen bases, as VA ran wild on the base paths with nine stolen bases.
