Vermont Academy Defeats Church Farm School In A Blow-Out Victory
- Vermont Academy cruised to an easy victory over Church Farm School 11-1 on Thursday
- The wildcats fired up the offense in the first inning. John Peloso drew a walk, scoring one run.
- Huxley Holcombe was credited with the victory for Vermont Academy. He lasted two innings, allowing one hit and zero runs while striking out three and walking zero.Brady Clark threw one inning in relief out of the bullpen.
- #35 took the loss for Church Farm School. He allowed two hits and six runs over three innings, striking out six.
- Jake Tuckner started the game for Vermont Academy. He went three innings, allowing zero runs on one hit, striking out eight and walking zero
- Tuckner went 2-for-3 at the plate to lead the wildcats in hits. Vermont Academy tore up the base paths, as three players stole at least two bases. J. Peloso led the way with three.
