We emphasize technical development, tactical understanding, disciplined defending, purposeful possession, and an unwavering commitment to teamwork. Competing in the highly competitive Lakes Region League and NEPSAC, our players are challenged daily against some of New England's top programs. Our goal is to prepare student-athletes for success at the collegiate level while equipping them with the habits, mindset, and leadership skills that will serve them throughout their lives. 

Success in our program is measured by more than championships and college commitments. It is measured by the quality of our relationships, the consistency of our work ethic, the courage to embrace challenges, and the character our players demonstrate every day. When our student-athletes leave Vermont Academy, we want them to be better teammates, stronger leaders, lifelong learners, and confident young adults prepared to make a positive impact wherever life takes them. 

The Vermont Academy Boys Soccer program has a proud tradition of competitive excellence, including multiple Lakes Region Championships and NEPSAC titles, while consistently helping student-athletes continue their academic and athletic careers at outstanding colleges and universities. We are committed to honoring that tradition while continuing to build a culture where every player is challenged, supported, and empowered to become the very best version of themselves.
