Support VA

The Fund for Vermont Academy

The tradition of philanthropy at Vermont Academy preceded the school’s opening in 1876 when the Reverend Wilbur of Saxtons River ardently sought financial support to establish Vermont Academy right where it is today. The annual generous support from alumni/ae, parents, friends, corporations, and foundations through The Fund for Vermont Academy ensures that students continue to receive a truly unique education at Vermont Academy. An education that challenges them “to be true to their best selves” while receiving appropriate support and direction from a talented and nurturing faculty. Without you, we cannot fulfill our mission to develop confident, active learners and global citizens inspired to act with intelligence, imagination and - above all - character.
