Wildcats play Holderness tough but falter late

The Wildcats traveled to Holderness for a Lakes Region matchup. Mason Kucenski '21 got the start in net for the Wildcats. 

Holderness came out strong and put the pressure on the Wildcats early. The Wildcats weathered the storm and ended the first period down 2-0. The Wildcats came out and played a great second period, battling hard and creating some great scoring chances. Jeff Simon '20 scored early in the period to make it a 2-1 game. Much of the second period was played at 2-1 with Holderness scoring two late goals to take a 4-1 lead going into the third. The Wildcats didn't play the greatest third period and let the game get away from them. Michael Libutti '21 came into relief for Kucenski in the 3rd
