Flag Ceremony 2019

On Monday, October 21, 2019, Vermont Academy hosted its annual flag ceremony honoring the countries which make up our community. Students, faculty, and staff carried flags from 18 countries into Community Meeting.

The flags will now be hung in Shepardson Dining Hall.  The ceremony was designed by the International Resource Committee, a student organization focused on promoting global awareness on campus, and International Program leaders, Ms. Cynthia Murphy, International Student Coordinator, Ms. Christy Catsos, and Mr. Richard Feng.
