Vermont Academy were on the road again for their second game of the season. The long bus ride certainly had an impact on the Wildcats start to the game. Still sorting out their bus legs, Vermont started poorly. An invigorated Gould side really applied the pressure and frustrated the Wildcats. Defensive mishaps for both sides were the story of the first half, but Vermont Academy found its rhythm in the second half scoring early and often. The Wildcats carried that momentum through the final whistle with every player getting minutes on the field.
