Spring Sports Awards 2019

As the spring trimester came to a close, our teams and activities groups gathered in Shepardson Center to celebrate the season. Seated by team, they reminisced on their seasons over dinner and settled in to listen to their peers and teams be honored.
Alexei Sotskov, Interim Athletic Director, began the evening giving a short address and then introduced the student-athlete guest speaker, Ani Kapral ’19. Ani spoke about how the various teams she has been on at Vermont Academy have all become her family and that since freshman year that family has grown. She also thanked the VA community for all the irreplaceable memories and molding her into the person she is today.
