January Wildcats of the Month

Elizabeth Pitts '22, Trevor Palmiotto ’21, Caroline Keller ’20, and Svent Bossart ’19
Congratulations to Vermont Academy's Wildcats of the Month, the key contributors to Vermont Academy's athletic and afternoon activities programs for January 2019.
Elizabeth Pitts ’22
Pittsy has been incredible on JV Puck. New to the team, but she has incredible spirit, energy, and a willingness to work hard wherever she is needed. She has been an asset on our defensive line and is always upbeat and dancing on the ice.
- Melissa Palmer, Head Coach, Girls’ JV Hockey

Trevor Palmiotto ’21
Trevor worked hard in off the season and attended multiple camps to improve. During the season, Trevor’s performance has improved in both classical and skating techniques. He is also one of the leaders on the team. Last weekend, Trevor qualified for the U16 National Invitational Championship, and will be representing State of Vermont in Bethel, ME on March 8-10. Good Luck!
- Alexei Sotskov, Head Coach, Nordic Skiing

Caroline Keller ’20
Caroline has improved a lot since the beginning of the season, she is always eager for feedback and looking for ways to improve. The team has begun to rally around her and made her player of the game at Hoosac.
- Chris Ardito, Head Coach, Girls’ Varsity Hockey

Svent Bossart ’19
So far this year Svent proved to be a great leader for our team being one of the captains. He is constantly communicating with and supporting his teammates. He comes everyday and gives a 100% when he steps on the ice makes him a go to player I can count on.
 - Rich Senerchia, Head Coach, Boys’ JV Hockey
