First race of the season

The relay ( two skiers per team) was an opening format of the racing season. Skiers competed in three relays: A (most experienced), B (developmental group) and C (novices) . Vermont skiers did well in all three categories. In Novice race Jason Wang and Edward Ahn finished in 7th place out of 15+ team, Jerry Lin and Mathilde Depery finished 8th in B race (about 20 teams competed in this race) and in A race Corey Dunn and Patrick Wu finished 13th and Daniel Baker and Trevor Palmiotto came in 8th, out of the most competitive field of 30+ teams. Considering not much snow time for the team yet, it was a great start. All skiers had fun and enjoyed this season's first race!
