Vermont Academy's Spain program enables students to spend a trimester living and learning in Andalusia (Southern Spain) and also in Northern Spain. Students continue their Vermont Academy curriculum while exploring education on a whole new level. This dynamic curriculum is enhanced through experiential learning with trips to La Alhambra, Madrid, Morocco, and the Northern region. By the end of the trip, students have gained knowledge of Spanish history, art, and ecology. Students also have increased fluency in Spanish, and obtained a more intimate understanding of the globalized world.
