Arrival date for all students that aspire to play on our fall cross country, mountain biking, or varsity soccer teams.
**Important Note About Covid-19 Testing Before Arrival** All students regardless of vaccination status are required to document a negative PCR test collected within 72 hours of campus arrival. Please plan accordingly.
11 a.m. - 2 p.m. – Registration **Day student families please arrive at 1:00 p.m. or after
12 p.m. -1 p.m. - Bag Lunch
2 p.m.- All Parents Leave Campus
3 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. - Pre-season practice #1
5 p.m. - Student meeting with Dean of Student Life
5:30 p.m. - Dinner
6:30 p.m. - 8 p.m. - Coaches time/ Pre-Season practice
All individuals coming to campus must wear a mask. Upon arrival, students and any accompanying adults will be screened for symptoms and COVID-19 risk before beginning registration.
Only students will be allowed to enter campus buildings, including the dorms. Ample support will be provided to help students move into their rooms and acclimate to the new school environment, and while parents will remain an important part of their student’s support network, we need to limit the number of people who move around our campus in order to promote a safe and healthy environment for all students and other campus residents.
Parents or guardians will be asked to drop students off, go through registration, and depart campus promptly, with all parents having left campus by 2 p.m.
