VALE Celebrates Flag Ceremony
Vermont Academy at Liceo Europeo celebrated its annual flag ceremony on January 25, 2022. This year we have students and faculty from eight different countries: India, Ireland, Japan, Mexico, Spain, the United Kingdom, the United States, and Venezuela.
Students and Faculty carried the flags from their countries across the library to the podium while we showed pictures representing their country on the screen and listened to the national anthem for each country. Diego and Carlos were our emcees for the event. After all of the flag carriers were at the front, we played a Kahoot game made up of interesting facts from each country. The flags will now be placed in the hallway outside the VALE classrooms.
