The Florence Sabin Distinguished Alumni Award Selection Committee seeks nominations for the 2020 Sabin Award. Established in 1985 by the Vermont Academy Alumni Association, the Sabin Award recognizes and honors Vermont Academy alumni who, through their diligence and efforts, have used the basic academic and life skills acquired at the Academy to achieve significant success in their professional careers or have made outstanding contributions in community involvement thereby bringing honor to themselves and to Vermont Academy.
Eligible candidates must have attended Vermont Academy for a minimum of one academic year and graduated. Both living and deceased alumni may be considered for recognition. Alumni who are active members of the Academy's Board of Trustees or Alumni Council are not eligible.

Your nomination should include:
• The nominee's current and/or previous occupation
• Two or three sentences describing why you have nominated this particular Vermont Academy graduate
Nominations should be submitted to the Selection Committee on or before February 29, 2020, for consideration in the 2020 cycle. However, nominations are welcome by the committee at anytime for future consideration.
