Ms. O’Keefe is a multi-tasking wizard who works at the hub of daytime campus activity in the receptionist area. She serves the students and faculty in hundreds of ways. Our students could not be luckier to have such a warm and caring person when they need help with mail, finding someone they need to see or just talking to a mother-figure when they need advice. The part of her job she enjoys the most is seeing that each student has something special on their birthday. That includes a hand-made card and a specially decorated birthday cookie personalized with their name. Ms. O’Keefe enjoys working in the academic environment and came to us after working at Burr & Burton Academy. Prior to that, she was a professional pastry chef and restaurant owner. She enjoys traveling, art, and spending time with her children and grandchildren. Her favorite authors are Emily Dickinson, Emerson and Thoreau and her favorite movie is Dr. Zhivago.
