Bio |
Kyle Nelligan is a 2003 graduate of Vermont Academy and was co-president of his senior class while here. He's returned to his old stomping grounds to work in student services partly because of his "amazing memories" of when he was a student. He loves working with kids and says, "I always felt the best way to give back to the school would be to return to the community as a faculty member".
Kyle enjoys playing guitar, lifting weights, and the beach. He's intrigued by Gender Studies and WWII history. He likes a good, scary book now and then and his favorite movie is Jaws. (He loves the movie so much he named his dog after the character, Chief Brody.) He says, "Family is one of the most important parts of my life.... I can thank my Grandfather for leading me toward a career in education. He always encouraged me to work hard to achieve my goals and has always given the best advice." Kyle, his wife, Megan, their daughter, Finley, and their dog, Brody, live on campus.
